On Thursday evening, 27 August 2026, I had the privilege of performing at Whitby Lakes Retirement Village.
The piano recital included gems ranging from Bach to Billy Joel, including Shostakovich’s 2nd movement from his 2nd piano concerto accompanied by my orchestral backing track. It was a wonderful success!
Thank you to Carolyn and everyone who helped set everything up for the recital, and to all who attended. It is always so heartwarming to perform for a such a kind and supportive audience.
My oversight on the night was to not record the recital. However, an audience member was able to record the first piece on her phone – the Bach Prelude in C Major – which I attach here.
